The draw for the last eight of the Champions League, was conducted on Friday in Nyon, Switzerland.

The tie of the round sees Manchester United clash with Barcelona, while there is an all-English tie between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City.

Juventus have been paired against Ajax, while Liverpool will take on Ajax.

DAILY POST takes a look at all four fixtures and predicts likely semi-finalists.

1. Manchester United vs Barcelona: It is very hard to see beyond Lionel Messi and co progressing past Manchester United. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men were not particularly convincing against Paris Saint-Germain in the previous round and might not have enough to contain Barca over two legs.

2. Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester City: Manchester City should easily eliminate their Premier League rivals. Pep Guardiola’s men look to have kicked into gear in the past weeks, crushing any team they have faced. Expect that to continue.

3. Ajax vs Juventus: So long, Ajax-Juventus’ experience, with of course the cutting edge they have in Cristiano Ronaldo, will see them end the Dutch club’s fairytale run in the Champions League.

4. Porto vs Liverpool: This will be a tight, tense affair. But if Liverpool are able to stay in the tie after the first leg, like they did against Bayern Munich, they may qualify.
